Insomnia, the company behind many of our favorite and largest dance music festival has partnered with fundraising platform Surreal, revealing the 9 fan activations that’ll take place at this years Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas from May 16-23.
Surreal, is a fundraising platform designed for festivals and events that connects music artists to their fans and helps plan unforgettable experiences, all while raising money for a charity of their choice.
Last year, they raised $162,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, while the packages ranged from riding the Stratosphere Tower’s thrilling sky-jump with Ghastly to a private golf game with Jauz.
This year’s winners will receive:
2 VIP weekend passes for EDC
- Round-trip airfare
- Artist parking
- Desert Rose Premium camping packages for three nights
The activations are unique to the different stage at EDC Las Vegas. Fans get to bid on one of nine activations with donations as low as $5, while larger amounts will get you more entries for the different experiences. This year’s proceeds will go to The Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, a magnet high school that offers dance, music, theater, and visual arts for over 1700 students.
