Drugs, alcohol and cigarettes can all be difficult to avoid on the nightlife scene, but there are ways to avoid these substances, as well as methods to help overcome any bad habits.

But, if you can’t stay rested, at least stay moisturized, from the inside and out. That means drinking tons of water, and moisturizing your face, with GOOD stuff.”
