DJ ROUTINES are now the new “It” thing to do so that the DJ has exclusive content to show their skills. DJ routines are equivalent to a singer singing on YouTube to create awareness.
With DJ routines you’re video isn’t just about your skills on the turntables, its about how your routine was shot and edited. If the video isn’t shot well, if you don’t have good angles, and/or close ups at the right time the routine can look boring.
On the second episode of DJcityTv’s Clutch DJ Tips, official Rane DJ, Eyecon gives advice for shooting engagement, with some additional advice from DJcity’s Anthony Polis, the Director of Digital marketing of DJcity, and Styles Davis National Director.
