Weight Watchers recently announced that music mogul DJ Khaled will be it’s “social media ambassador” for 2018!! Documenting his weight loss progression via his powerful social media platforms as he will complete the “WW Freestyle” weight-loss program.
Companies all over the world would love to work with DJ Khaled knowing his social media #s. On Twitter he has 3.92 million followers, on Instagram he has 8.9 million followers, and he gets approximately 3 to 4 million views per snap on snapchat.
According to CNBC , with the announcement of Khaled joining the new “WW Freestyle program” that features Oprah Winfrey, who has 9.87% stake in Weight Watchers, we wasn’t surprised when the shares rose 8%!!
FYI: I’ve just started investing in stocks and cryptocurrency and I’m disappointed that I didn’t look into buy shares of WW.
