WISH.COM WISH THEY WEREN’T GETTING SUED BY VIRGIL ABLOH’S ‘OFF-WHITE’ FOR SELLING KNOCKOFF MERCHANDISE!
If you’re online, mainly Facebook, you most likely came across the online e-commerce platform called, Wish.com. Wish, sells electronics, makeup, jewelry, and more often than most knock-offs of clothing such as Burberry, Chanel, Supreme, Louis Vuitton, and now Virgil Abloh’s fashion line Off-White™.
According to Hypebeast and the unsealed lawsuit in New York federal court, Off-White™ is suing over 160 merchants through Wish.com for selling fake knockoff products with their label’s signature stripe and cross arrow logo.
Virgil Abloh, fashion designer, DJ, and now ‘artistic’ director of Louis Vuitton has said the counterfeits have affected their lost in profits and is damaging the brand, so they’ll be suing for $2 million for each infringement.
